Ten Tips To Keep Fit in the Office

* Sit up straight to give your lungs to breathe easily.

* Use the stairs instead of elevators.

* Do something active in your lunch break.

* Bring your own lunch as it is cheaper and healthier.

* Put a bottle of water on your desk and finish it.

* Walk to the farthest bathroom of the building.

* Try walking or cycling to office.

* Do butt squeezes (your own) in the meetings.

* Take regular breaks during work to refresh your body.

* Take deep breath to refresh your mind.
