* Becoming more prone to illness. (skin disease, headaches)

* Continual loss of appetite.

* Decrease in self-esteem or self-confidence. (paying less attention to appearance)

* Increase in negative thoughts leading to depression.

* Becoming irrational in thinking.

* Being more irritable and less tolerant of others.

* Either fail to get to sleep quickly or wake up earlier than normal.

* Inability to concentrate.

* Becoming indecisive and struggling to make decisions.
