Fifteen Effective Tips to Reduce Weight to Get Rid of All Diseases

• Eat when you are hungry. Don’t eat when you are not hungry.
• Eat what you really want. Never what you think you should.
• Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful without watching TV, internet, cell and talking too much, otherwise you will eat too much.
• Eat slowly to reduce eating speed to reduce food. Chew at least twenty times.
• The more you chew you feel your jaw tired and you stop eating to reduce weight.
• The slower you eat the sooner the signal from stomach goes to brain indicating you’re your stomach is full and stop eating to reduce weight.
• Stop when you even think you are full. Don’t overload your digestive system to get rid of all diseases.
• First drink water if you are hungry. If you are still hungry then eat food. Don’t drink water during eating to protect your digestive system.
• Leave the food on plate if you can’t eat. Don’t eat too much even if the food is left on plate to protect your digestive system.
• Don’t diet. Dieting is the enemy of weight loss. If you diet you will gain weight and keep it on for whole life.
• Move your body by any exercise to burn the body fat and to make your muscles strong.
• Imagine you are losing weight and becoming slimmer day by day (Mind Programming).
• Check your weight once in a month, observe how much weight you have already reduced and how much more weight you have to reduce to make your Body Mass Index (BMI) less than 25.
• BMI=Weight in kilogram divided by (Height in square metre).
• Eat vegetables, fruits, white meat. Eat less bakery products, chocolates, soft drinks, fast food, red meat and potato chips.

the following suggestion can be added regarding exercise: "make your heart beat 120 times per minute for half an hour a day in one/more sittings. if you are more than 40 consult doctor for exercise"
