M.M.M.Ahmed (Mohammed Masood Mohiuddin Ahmed) passed B.Tech. (5 year Degree Engineering Course) in first division with distinction from University Campus College of Technology, Osmania University, Hyderabad after securing free merit seat. (State 17th Rank in Higher Secondary School Examination). He was the recipient of the Central Government of India merit scholarship for five years for his meritorious academic record. He has been a topper in class right from childhood. He learned English language from his father. He had to do part-time and summer jobs to meet his educational expenses during his student life. He served his parents and family physically, morally and financially. He arranged sisters’ marriages and brothers’ education.

He was trained in Aramco’s Management, Principles and Techniques of Instruction in Saudi Arabia. He worked as an Engineer Trainer at the Desalination Training Centres of Saudi American Oil Company, Mitsubishi Japanese Company and Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC), The largest Desalination Plant in the world. He got an opportunity to work with different foreigners- Americans, British, Canadians, Japanese and Koreans. He left for Saudi Arabia to join SWCC with family. (Free Visa and Free Family Tickets) After working for a period, he had to resign and come back to India with family for the sake of children’s education. His resignation was not accepted first time due to his excellent work performance. The resignation was accepted second time after 3 month vacation.

He trained many trainees and who are working successfully at different desalination plants throughout the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His excellent accomplishments and efforts for inspiring and motivating the trainees were highly appreciated by the Training Centres’ Management.

He enjoyed the training and the trainees enjoyed the learning as it was interesting, innovative, creative and interactive. He gained good experience in the training profession which gave him an insight into the minds of students. He has written books and blog based on whatever he has taught to his children for the benefit of all children throughout the world.

17.Be well-educated, well-dressed and well-groomed, well-motivated, well-organized and well-disciplined to command the respect and love of the society to be a charismatic personality.

18.Do not send sick wife to her parents’ house to be served by them. Take care of her as she takes care of you when you are sick. You can send her when she is healthy to serve them. Share happy and sad days together as you both are made for each other by The Almighty.

19.Do your best to achieve your goal and the rest is with The Almighty. Accept the result happily whatever it is and thank The Almighty.

* Marriage can be divorce proof if the following ways are followed.

* Divorce is the worst action. Say No to divorce at any cost and any circumstances. Divorce decision is taken under angry condition. Angry decisions are always wrong. Hence avoid it. You must tolerate each other to get rid of divorce. The Almighty tolerates us though we commit many mistakes. Why can’t we tolerate ? 

* With the changing times, relationships tend to fail even before they blossom into healthy ones, and as a result, divorce has become rampant.

* What couples do not realise is that many of those divorces could be avoided.

* It is suggested that both partners should talk more often, more openly and more honestly with each other about their feelings.

* According to a lifestyle based website for women, couples who have sex atleast once in a week are less likely to divorce. They should practice new positions, new locations and experiment with role playing.

* Talk to a life coach when you notice a recurring pattern that causes tension.

* Expert suggested that couples who are parents to young children should spend time together regularly.

*Increase the amount of non-sexual touch in your relationship, like holding hands during date nights or hugging each other after returning home from work.

* Couples who have more non-sexual touch were reported to be happier with their relationships. 

* You cannot expect your partner to spend time with you always, so going out with friends is also important. Couples who spend more time with other couples were also reported to have happier marriages. 

* The last way to have a divorce proof marriage is to practise forgiveness. Experts said that even if your partner has been unfaithful, it does not have to end the marriage if you choose to forgive .

* If you expect any return and you don't get, you get upset and complain, criticize, fight with them and you are unhappy, instead expect the more return from The Almighty to be happier.

* Be with parent throughout the life for happiness. Otherwise no peace of mind, no life satisfaction.

* Be Happy with what you have and progress. Compete with others honestly.

* Believe that The Almighty will solve all your problems one by one, then why to worry?

* Talk more to like-minded people and talk less to unlike minded people, but don't break relations.

* Change yourself first then try to change others by actions not by words. (No Lecturing)

* Earn enough money to be independent as enough money not excess money is important to be happy. (Excess money can be donated to educate poor students to create jobs to get rid of poverty)

* Take care of your health by walking, exercising, breathing, thinking positively and healthy food as good health is important to be happy. Love what you do and do what you love.

* Don't hate anybody in the world as everybody is created by The Almighty like you.

* Talk to people politely and smilingly without hurting their feelings to win their hearts.

* Going to religious places helps but as you come out you again change back. Development of spirituality is more permanent to be happy. Your hand must be a Giver not a Taker.

* Develop spirituality by increasing contentment, tolerance, forgiveness, kindness, love, and attitude.

* Develop spirituality by reducing anger, backbiting, greed, fear, expectations, ego, uncontrolled sex, over attachment, jealousy, hate, revenge and instant reactions. (Be Proactive not Reactive)

* Don't repent in life. Accept the decision of The Almighty. Be spiritual for lifelong happiness.

* Happy and sad days are just a routine in everybody's life. They come and go like day and night but don't forget The Almighty in happy days to be happy in sad days and working hard hopefully.

* Thank the Almighty and the people in case of success or failure, profit or loss. Accept Challenges.

* Keep yourself busy by smart hard work to achieve something to be happy and satisfied.

* Don’t borrow money except in case of emergency as it spoils human relations.

* Be flexible to solve any problem. Be a problem solver not a problem creator.

• A number of teenagers whose parents have sent them back to India from the Middle East to pursue studies here are finding it tough to adjust to the new environment with several of them suffering from depression and adjustment disorder.

• Separation from parents, lack of emotional bonding with local guardians, friends and high expectations from all are driving the children to the edge.

• As many of them also have enough money on hand, they indulge in unrestricted activities.

• Counsellors here say they are getting cases of such teenagers turning irritable and hostile with some of them even developing suicidal tendencies.

• Counsellors point out that estrangement from parents is the primary reason for a change in behaviour of these youngsters.

• There is a trouble when children are unable to meet the high expectations of parents.

• Children also have copious amount of cash at their disposal which is worrisome.

• Academics points out that grades of many youngsters have tumbled due to lack of accountability and the absence of counseling at home.

• The clocking of academic misdemeanours of these students by their guardians comes across as a shock to the parents.

• Guardians cannot be strict as parents, they fail to be objective at times.

• Sometimes single parents too are unable to cope with the pressure of raising a child on their own and seek counseling themselves before bringing the child to the counsellor.

• Parents and children are supposed to be together for better emotional bonding, attachment, love and affection as out of sight is out of mind.

* A Teacher is important to each and that is why each is a part of teacher.


* A Teacher's influence is like a tiny seed. How many delicious fruits it is going to give no one can ever count.


* In fact, the face of humanity only teachers can chisel.


* Teachers are makers of peace, builders of harmony,breakers of hate, creators of hope, seekers of truth,supporters of justice, promoters of equality, preachers of love, forsakers of self and generators of self-trust.


* Only the teachers can pull you out of difficulties and put you at ease. They alone can smell what you lack and put you on the right track.


* With affection in your interaction and application in your action your bound to rise to their expectations.


* With your determined attention and committed concentration your bound to reach to your destination.


* They know how to bend a stick without breaking it.They know how to erase your error without disgracing you. They know how to take a shawl from a bush of thorns without damaging it.They know how to save a goat from a cave of lions without frightening it.


* Don't hide anything from them. Look upon them as your unfailing guide.


* Your confidence in them is bound to boost your performance and your attachment to them is bound to crown you with many achievements.

* Please try to understand beneath his every restriction remains hidden and unfathomable depth of his affection.Hence obey him blindly. You will grow beautifully.

* Be respectful to him.Delightful will be your every experience.

* Be submissive to him.Impressive will be your every performance.

* Be obedient to him.Triumphant will be your every endeavor.
