TIPS FOR EFFECTIVE TIME- TABLE

* Allot particular number of days for each subject to avoid any scare before exam.

* Develop a good rapport with difficult subjects and increase the frequency of their revision

* Never become a bookworm as to put books before you all the (18) hours of the day leaving aside (6) hours of sound sleep.

* Give breaks after certain study sessions. This will replenish your mind with fresh vacuum for reception

* Perfection comes only with constant practice everyday. Revise atleast thrice before the exam

Remember, practice will make perfect, but that practice has to be perfect itself.

* Don't rush to complete the portion. you need to grasp it thoroughly. Don't set unrealistic targets. They will only result in hurry and tension.

* Keep your mind free from way ward thoughts and capture the contents of the lesson before your eyes.


* Remember how the teacher taught the lesson in the class.


* Never entertain a thought that the lesson was quite a bore or difficult.


* The pre- thinking of positive notion that the lesson is very interesting to study, will make your learning the lesson very easy.


* Always think about one of your competitor classmate in the class who scores very high marks. Imagine in that position and make effort's to secure more marks than your competitor.

TIPS FOR GOOD HANDWRITING

* Write beautifully, clearly and attractively.

* When you write on a white sheet, you leave sufficient space on the top, bottom, left hand and right hand side of the sheet.


* When you write on a ruled paper,write exactly on the lines only not in between the two lines


* When you begin a para, you leave some space from the margin


* You start new para when the context is different. It will be very clear if there are many paras.


* The space between line & line is small, the space between para to para should be a little more.


* Don't write letters coming downwards and going upwards.


* Write only 16 to 18 lines on each full scape page.


* Draw one and half inch left margin on plain paper


* Never forget i,j dots and t bars.


* There are three main requisites to write beautifully.

* An ordinary pen/pencil

* An extra- ordinary amount of curiosity

* Immense patience

* If the sitting posture is correct, you can reduce strain and concentrate on your lessons.
* Do not bend like a bow when you read or write.
* You bend without your knowledge forward to read or write and develop back-ache and neck pain
* Give some intermittent breaks and move your neck, head and body to left and right for fresheningup.
* If your sitting posture is correct, you will be correct and your entire body co-operates with you.
* Never sit in the same posture for a long duration. Your body will start reacting. Get up every hour to stretch your body.
* If your posture is bad, try book balancing-an excellent way to improve posture. Take a book,preferably heavy and place it on your head. Try to walk with your body erect. the book must not fall off your head.
* Fear of failure often can be worse than failure itself. People who don't try have failed before attempting. When infants learn to walk, they keep failing but to them it is not failing so they get up.

* Do not slap children on the face.

* Do not read while lying down.

* Do not work constantly on computer.

* Do not watch Television too much and from a close distance.

* Provide adequate illumination while reading.

* Use glasses constantlu to prevent number increasing.

* Eyes should be cleaned twice during the day with pure water.

* Never look directly at the sun.

* Do not rub the eye if a dust particle enters an eye. Dip eye in a vessel containing pure water and then blink. The dust particle will be washed away.

* Your menory should be sharp at the time of exams to write answers quickly within the prescribed time.

* The main ingredients of a good menory is motivation, attention. Concentration, devotion and interest.

* Read the given passage once or twice.

* Understand the meaning of each word, sentence and the subject as a whole by comparision and visualization methods

* Break up the passage into words or group of words or sentences. The extent of break-up must depend on the memorising ability of the reader.

* Memorize the break-up from beginning to the end until the whole passage is learnt by heart.

* Memory works through association. the more information in your brain, the better the chances of finding Nero association. Implying that the more of your brain is used, the greater your understanding power will be.
So start using your memory. Sure it helps.
