TIPS FOR GOOD HEALTH

* Drink plenty of water. Atleast 10 glasses of water daily.

* Avoid too much of sugar and too much of oil.

* Eat healthy food.

* Eat soyabeans and groundnuts to get proteins.

* Eat a lot of fresh vegetables.

* Eat a lot of fresh fruits and drink fresh fruit juices.

* Healthy food is a healthy diet for body and mind.

* Remember to have fruits on the empty stomach is very effective. Fruits are instantly absorbed and digested and give great energy. One banana gives enough energy to play a five set tennis match

* An important thing is to have small meals when you are into study. you eat small quantities spaced out many times a day. This ensures that you won't doze off to sleep and at the same time keeps giving food to the body

* If you drink less water, you will feel constipation, headache and general laziness

* Learning new things causes you to stay young and live a more healthy life. Research suggests that those who continue to learn new behaviour accept challenges and solve problems remain younger and healthy.
